- Gas appliances that are still connected. Please have gas lines disconnected before we arrive. We can handle water lines.
- Heavy items on stairs, unless we have checked them first. Tell us about anything over 300 pounds and we'll give you a clear answer before you book.

No. Taking apart and putting back together standard furniture like beds, desks and tables is included in your moving time.
What won't you move?
We don't move flammable items like propane, firearms, or gas appliances that are still connected. Anything over 300 pounds that has to go up or down stairs must be checked with us before you book, so tell us about heavy items up front.
