Cover what it's worth
Basic released value protection is free, but it only covers 60¢ per pound per item. For art, antiques and heirlooms, ask about upgrading to Full Value protection when you book. We'll explain the options. No pressure.
What we can't do
- Remount TVs or rehang art (we take them down and move them)
- Move firearms, propane or other flammables
- Move gas appliances that are still connected

What counts as a specialty item?
Upright, spinet and baby grand pianos, gun safes, grandfather clocks, art, antiques, and anything over 300 pounds.
Can you hang my art or TV at the new place?
No. We take down TVs and art and move them safely, but we don't remount or rehang them.
How do I protect a valuable piece?
Everything is wrapped and padded. Basic protection is free at 60¢ per pound per item, and you can upgrade to Full Value protection when you book.
